Nfinit Solutions, Inc takes seriously its responsibility to ethically aid homeowners with competence, professionalism, and full disclosure.  We have adopted the following best practices to ensure the integrity and quality of our commitment to all parties involved in the home retention process.


Competence: Our home retention specialists are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and have been trained to provide a full spectrum of services.  We provide online and telephone support to all users and beneficiaries of our program.

Compliance:
We adhere to a high standard to provide services in such a manner that is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, and the California Department of Real Estate’s professional codes, laws, and regulations. In order to serve our clients better, we will actively keep updated regarding the most current information concerning delinquency and foreclosure laws. Our company is a member of the California Chamber of Commerce and the Sac-Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Disclosure: Our contracts will clearly outline the services the homeowner will purchase, as well as the right of rescission policy in the event the homeowner experiences buyer’s remorse.

Guarantee: The homeowner pays $0 in the event we are unable to secure the terms as outlined in the homeowner’s contract. Our process is different than other companies because we enlist the help of a trusted escrow company to handle a homeowner’s loan modification signing and payment processing once services have been completed and are satisfactory to the homeowner. Should we fail to provide services as outlined in our contract, the consumer pays nothing, period.

Privacy Protection: We respect, protect, and preserve consumer privacy, and will not rent, share, or sell any consumer information with entities unassociated with the loan modification process, without full disclosure and permission from the consumer. Our offices and files are kept secure, and our agents only remove files they are actively processing from locked file drawers. We maintain effective administrative, management, and quality control standards sufficient to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and misuse of the program. If it is determined that any party to the loan modification transaction is engaging in or supporting activities that undermine the program’s purpose, do not comply with the program’s policies and procedures, or show an intent to perpetuate a fraudulent transaction, that party will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Education: We believe that an informed homeowner is a successful homeowner. We provide education to every consumer, preparing them for a loan modification by explaining their situation in detail, and loan modification options customized to fit their unique situation. We also enroll consumers in our loan modification course designed to prevent future defaults by teaching them how to be successful responsible homeowners, wisely manage their money and remain on a path of financial stability. In addition, our comprehensive web-based education platform is convenient, easy to use and allows participants to master the subject matter at their own pace.

Availability: We understand the importance of open communication while involved in the loan modification process. All voice and email messages will be returned promptly. A supervisor’s phone number will be provided should a consumer ever feel that he/she has not been contacted in a timely manner. Our hours of operation are 6:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
